Flow & Glow is a small, intimate retreat designed and facilitated by a former university educator with an MS in Mathematics Education and an MS in Medical Cannabis Science and Therapeutics, specializing in teaching adult learners.
This weekend is designed to help you understand your ADHD brain, build sustainable systems, and explore cannabis intentionally — not accidentally.

When is the retreat?
The retreat begins Friday evening at 6 PM. Guests may arrive and settle in beginning at 5 PM.
The retreat concludes at 10 AM on Sunday.
Do I need to use cannabis to attend?
No, definitely not! Cannabis use is completely optional. This retreat includes education about cannabinoids and terpenes, but participation in any cannabis-related experiences is always a personal choice.
No cannabis products will be provided.
Is cannabis allowed on site?
Participants are welcome to bring their own legally obtained cannabis products.
Vaping is permitted indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors.
All use must comply with Maryland law and the venue’s policies.
Can I join if I’m not officially diagnosed?
Absolutely! Many adults discover ADHD later in life, and some are self-identified. If you resonate with ADHD patterns and want structure without shame, you are welcome here.
What does the $250 deposit cover?
The $250 non-refundable deposit reserves your space. The remaining balance is due April 22. Deposits are transferable until April 22.
What is the cancellation policy?
The $250 deposit is non-refundable. Remaining balances are refundable until April 22. After April 22, payments are non-refundable.
What happens if enrollment is lower than expected?
Flow & Glow is designed as a small, intimate retreat. High Schooled reserves the right to either proceed with a smaller group experience or cancel the retreat based on enrollment. Final enrollment confirmation will be sent by April 22. If the retreat is canceled by the host, all payments will be fully refunded.
Will medical advice be provided?
Nope. This retreat provides education and reflective practices. It does not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical guidance.
